  How are your orders fulfilled? 

Once you place your order with Rose Club for Men, we will go to our greenhouses, cut the roses you have requested, ensure that they are of the highest quality standards, pack them, and ship them to the address you have entered when placing the order, via FedEx International Priority Service. 
~ The roses go directly from our farms to your door, anywhere in the USA, without any middlemen.
~ Your gift recipient is the first to open the package after it has left our farm.
~These are the freshest roses available in the market. Guaranteed.
  What is your refunds policy?

~ If there is any issue with your roses, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. As you know, fresh roses are a delicate product and the best way to ensure your issue can be handled is to contact us as quickly as possible.
~ Our customer service specialist will request a picture of the roses to establish the cause of the problem and to help us determine what to do and how to assist you.
~ Please ensure that you have followed the easy to follow care and handling instructions and you have viewed the video that clearly walks you through the care and handling steps.
~ Most issues will be solved by simply following the care and handling instructions.
~ If after doing so you still feel your roses have not performed as expected, we will gladly issue a refund or ship a replacement order, whatever you choose.
  What is your order cancellation policy?

~ If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible requesting your cancellation. If at the time you contact us requesting cancellation your order has already started its fulfillment process, your order will not be cancelled.
~ Please understand, our roses are in high demand and if we have already cut the flowers from the plants and we have already created your FedEx shipping label, your order may not be cancelled as there are costs involved with every step of the process.
